Governance
We have a very active governing body here at Danehill School. They are responsible for overarching governance of the school (strategy, policy, budgeting and staffing), enabling the school to run as effectively as possible, working alongside the Headteacher and the wider team to provide excellent education to our children. They operate a governor’s fund for support to three main areas of the school:
- to advance the enlivened education of our community’s primary school children
- to expand opportunity for extra curricula and enrichment activities
- to improve facilities and capacity to accommodate and inspire our children.
If you would like to set up a Direct Debit (even a few pounds a month are very welcome), you can find out more about the Governors’ fund here.
You can contact the governors at: danehillgovernors@danehill.e-sussex.sch.uk
We are incredibly proud of our school’s achievements and work hard to ensure continuous improvement. For more information on Danehill School’s ‘School Development Plan’ (SDP) for the current year, see Danehill SDP Overview.
